Key Functions and Features
1. Intelligent three steps charge function.
a. JET-DC500 performs charging in strict accordance with the curve of charging characteristic automatically, flowing three steps of charge mode: constant current charging→ (stabilized voltage at uniform charging) current-reducing constant-voltage constant charging → (automatically judge and turns to) → trickle floating charging. It possesses the advantage such as quick charge speed, high charge recovery efficiency and don’t need person on watch, no overcharge danger for a long time, ensure service life of storage battery and etc.
b. JET-DC500 will performs charging and displaying the information such as charging current, charging volume, whole pack voltage, individual cell voltage, charging time automatically. Parameters can be setup, such as uniform charging voltage, floating charging voltage, cell voltage peak limit, charging current, charging time, charging volume.
c. It can adjust charging parameters during charging.
d. Works can be stopped by setup parameters, or stopped artificially.
2. Intelligent constant current/power discharge function.
a. JET-DC500 has two modes of discharge: constant current discharge and constant power discharge. The user can choose the right mode to fit your needs.
b. JET-DC500 performs discharging and displaying battery states automatically. The parameters can be setup, such as pack charging voltage, discharging volume, cell numbers, discharging time and etc.
c. JET-DC500 can adjust the parameters during discharging.
d. When the discharging time, discharging volume, cell voltage touched setup parameters, works can be stopped automatically or stopped artificially.
3. Online monitoring function.
a. It is a real-time monitor, displaying battery data such as pack voltage, cell voltage and monitor time.
b. User can stop the online monitor through setting the monitor stop time or man-made stop. Battery states can be got through setting pack and cell voltage alarm limit.
4. Large 8-inch touch screen with backlight.
5. Multi self-protections can ensure safety.
6. Parameters and stop conditions can be setup flexibly and conveniently.
7. Works can be stopped automatically and artificially.
8. No red heat during works, even the cooling fan is stopped.
9. Parameters can be adjusted during the testing.
10. 100 data can be saved, viewed, deleted, exported.
11. It has power-off memory.
12. Powerful software supports data/curve management, analysis, report statistic, generate test reports in excel/word/pdf, and etc.
13. It is small volume, light weight, easy to move.
